Except as noted below, your purchases from Underwear Options have a limited 30-day guarantee (see Holiday Exception below for extended year-end return period). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it to us for your choice of a prompt refund or exchange, subject to the following limitations: 1. All items must be returned to us in their original, new condition, with all tags attached, and in their original, undamaged packaging. We understand that bras must be tried on to ensure proper fit, but panties (i.e., briefs, thongs, strings, bikinis) and men's briefs must be returned unworn. Note: Hosiery and items from our "Just for Fun" department (item codes starting in "DG")are not returnable, under any circumstances. Please be certain of your size when ordering. 2. Items must be returned within 30 days of our shipping date. The shipping date will be indicated on our packing slip. Christmas Holiday Exception – Items purchased at any time during November or December may be returned through January 31 of the following year. 3. Postage, shipping and insurance costs related to returns are the customer’s responsibility and must be fully prepaid. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us and strongly recommend that you insure and track your return with the carrier. 4. Shipping fees are not refundable. EXCEPTION FOR INCORRECT ORDERS: If Underwear Options has incorrectly shipped your order, first of all, we apologize. Secondly, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged the shipping costs of the correct replacement merchandise. Please note: We offer free Priority Mail shipping for U.S. orders of over $100. However, if you received free shipping on your original order of over $100, and you then return enough of your purchase that the total net value of your order (i.e., original order less return refund) falls under the $100 free shipping threshold, we will deduct $5.95 from your refund to cover the cost of our original shipment. 5. Your refund will be processed when we receive the returned merchandise and verify its condition, usually within 10 days of receiving your return. 6. Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be credited to your original purchase credit card. Refunds for purchases made by check or money order will be refunded through a check mailed to you. 7.
