We normally accept orders only from the US, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and specific countries within Europe* (see list below). Special Orders from other Countries: Upon request, we can quickly modify our international order process to accept special orders from other countries not listed above. Please email your request to orders@www.underwear-options.com. Underwear Options reserves the right to hold any order for security review. Regardless of our customer’s personal credit worthiness, we will ship only to countries with minimal risk of loss related to incidence of credit card fraud or local delivery problems. Estimated International Delivery Time: First Class (Canada Only): Varies; basically, it gets there when it gets there. Please be patient. Priority: 6 - 10 business days. Express: 3 - 5 business days. Tracking available. All other countries: Shipping cost will be determined on an individual basis and will be provided upon email request directed to orders@www.underwear-options.com. All orders are sent only by the U.S. Postal Service International option you select, with final delivery normally by the local postal system. International delivery timeframes are indicated above. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We do not offer any other expedited international delivery options. Also, because of relatively high shipping cost, international orders are only shipped complete, that is, when all items in the order are ready to ship together. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT – Customs Duties, General Sales Taxes (GST) and Value Added Taxes (VAT): International shipping charges shown above DO NOT include possible import duties and taxes that may be charged by local postal authorities upon delivery in your country. We have no control over the local collection of these fees, and no way to reliably estimate what amount you may be charged. Also, note that we are required to specify the total retail value of the order on custom's forms, even if the purchase is intended as a gift. Based on international customer feedback, we have seen that that there is a very wide range of potential fees, different degrees of enforcement of import regulations, and varying degrees of collection efforts of the fees. In some cases, our customers have been charged no additional fees, while in other cases customers have been charged as much as 40% of the value of the shipment by local authorities. We have had no negative tax/duty collection feedback from customers in Australia, Japan, and New Zealand, minimal negative tax/duty collection feedback from customers in Canada, but extremely mixed tax/duty collection feedback from customers in other countries. * We normally ship only to the following European countries:
