Estimated International Delivery Time:

First Class (Canada Only): Varies; basically, it gets there when it gets there. Please be patient.

Priority: 6 - 10 business days. Tracking available to some locations.

Express: 3 - 5 business days. Tracking available.

International shipping charges do not include possible import duties and taxes that may be charged by local postal authorities upon delivery in your country. Also, note that we are required to specify the total value of the order on custom's forms, even if the purchase is intended as a gift.

All orders are sent only by the above U.S. Postal Service international shipping option that you select, with final delivery normally by the local postal system. International delivery timeframes are indicated above. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We do not offer any other expedited international delivery options.

Also, because of relatively high shipping cost, international orders are only shipped complete, that is, when all items in the order are ready to ship together.

International customers should note that all prices on this web site are expressed in U.S. dollars.

Limitations:
Shipping is currently limited to U.S., Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and specific European countries* (see list below).

Shipments are limited to a single shipping address per order. If you want items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

We offer free standard shipping for U.S. orders of over $100. However, if you received free shipping on your original order of over $100, and you then return enough of your purchase that the total net value of your order (i.e., original order less return refund) falls under the $100 free shipping threshold, we will deduct $5.95 from your refund to cover the cost of our original shipment.

Processing and Delivery Time:

Availability: An * by the size or color options indicates that the item is NOT in stock in that size or color, but can be delivered within approximately 2 to 3 weeks of receiving your order. Otherwise, the item is available for immediate delivery.

We will ship your order within 24 hours of receipt, assuming that all items are in stock.

Standard delivery time for in-stock merchandise is approximately 2 to 5 days in the US, and slightly longer to Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, and New Zealand. This is an estimate based on average order processing times. It is not a guarantee. Shipments outside of the continental United States typically take longer.

Fedex delivery times (Overnight and 2-Day) are stated in terms of business days and are based on receiving your order Monday through Friday by 5:00 p.m., Central Time. Therefore, for example, a Fedex "overnight" order received on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, will not arrive at your door until the following Tuesday.

Occasionally, shipment of your order may be delayed due to an item being out-of-stock. If we are currently out of stock in your selection, WE WILL INFORM YOU, and it may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to fill your order.

We will inform you by email if an item is out of stock. We may split orders into separate shipments so you can get as much as possible delivered as quickly as possible, but your economical one-time delivery charge covers all shipments for that order.

Your credit card is charged only as we ship items you have ordered. We never charge your card for the total price of an entire order that we can only fulfill on a partial basis.

MODIFYING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER:

Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment. As soon as you place your order, a copy will be emailed to the email address you provided. You also receive email notification of out-of-stock conditions. Please check our correspondence carefully. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email, call or fax us with your desired changes. If your order hasn’t gone out, we will gladly change or cancel it. However, once it has been shipped, any modification or cancellation falls under our returns and exchanges policy, whereby you may incur additional shipping expenses. We never charge cancellation or restocking fees.
