Should it be necessary to return a purchase, Underwear Options provides you a choice of a refund or an exchange.
As indicated in our Guarantee/Return Policy, all items must be returned to us within 30 days* of our shipping date in their original, new condition, with all tags attached, in their undamaged manufacturer's packaging if applicable, and packaged to protect their shape and condition.
By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on next to skin. Please try these items on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
Due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, please return molded bras in a protective box (like they are shipped), not an envelope. Bras damaged due to inadequate return packaging will not be accepted.
*Christmas Holiday Exception Ė Items purchased at any time during November or December may be returned through January 31 of the following year.
Special Note Regarding Late Returns/Exchanges:
If more than 30 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange/return any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If accepted, either an Underwear Options Store Credit may be issued to you for the original value of your return, or we will issue a credit to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase less a 10% re-stocking fee (with a $10 minimum restocking fee) and shipping charges, if applicable.
Your refund or exchange will be processed when we receive the returned merchandise and verify its condition, usually within 10 days of receiving your return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us and strongly recommend that you insure and track your return with the carrier.
- Ladies' Hosiery is not returnable, under any circumstances.
- Zimmerli Men's Socks are a non-refundable item. However, they may be exchanged or returned for store credit (less applicable shipping charges, if any).
- Please be certain of your size when ordering.
Please note that Shipping and Gift Box/Wrapping charges are non-refundable.
We want to keep this process as hassle-free as possible.
If you need to return a purchase and replace it with exactly the same style and quantity, but in a different size or color, i.e., an ďevenĒ exchange, itís just a swap. No additional credit card paper-work is generated, and you donít get charged any additional shipping for the replacement.
If you want to return a purchase and replace it with a different item or quantity, this is considered an "uneven" exchange. An additional credit card transaction will be required for additional charges or credits, but you still donít get charged any additional shipping for the replacement.
Follow these steps for a refund or exchange:
1. Retrieve the Return Form that came with your order.
2. On the Return Form, indicate what you are sending back, note the reason for the return, and provide refund/replacement instructions.
3. Pack and seal your return securely (with all tags and packaging intact) and include the Return Form. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We prefer the use of the U.S. Postal Service, preferably USPS Priority Mail, to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us and strongly recommend that you insure and track your return with the carrier.

Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be credited to your original purchase credit card, usually within 10 days of receiving your return. Refunds for purchases made by check or money order will be refunded through a check mailed to you.
If you do not have your original Return Form or packing list, please provide appropriate details for returning the product. Also, please reference your original order number, which was included in our order confirmation email.

As indicated in our Guarantee/Return Policy, shipping fees are not refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise to Underwear Options.
EXCEPTION FOR INCORRECT ORDERS: If Underwear Options has incorrectly shipped your order, first of all, we apologize. Secondly, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged the shipping costs of the correct replacement merchandise.
Also, we offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $100 and International orders over $300 shipped by the Underwear Options International Direct shipping option. However, if you received free shipping on your original order and you then return enough of your purchase that the total net value of your order (i.e., original order less return refund) falls under the free shipping threshold ($100 for US orders, $300 for international orders), we will deduct one of the following from your refund to cover the cost of our original shipment:
- $7 for US orders
- $20 for Canadian orders
- $30 for all other international orders
